These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 7up7 platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, financial transactions, and support features. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.
Each player may hold only one 7up7 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension. Your account is personal and non-transferable — credentials must not be shared with any third party.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7up7 does not charge fees on standard bKash or Nagad transactions. Processing times and minimum amounts are published clearly in the platform's cashier section.
Bonuses are issued in good faith and are subject to wagering requirements detailed in each promotional offer. Any attempt to exploit bonus structures through coordinated play, multiple accounts, or fraudulent deposits will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account closure.

1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", or "you") and 7up7 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") with respect to your access to and use of the 7up7 website, mobile interface, and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, card games, and all promotional programs.
By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the 7up7 platform and should refrain from registering an account.
7up7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via on-platform messaging or email. These Terms & Conditions are written in English and are intended to be read and understood in English. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these terms, the English-language version shall prevail. 7up7 serves players across Bangladesh and all monetary references within this Agreement are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
The 7up7 platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. 7up7 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Any player found to be under the legal minimum age will have their account suspended immediately and all funds will be returned in accordance with applicable procedures.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 7up7, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally.

- You have not previously been self-excluded from the 7up7 platform or had an account permanently closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- You are not diagnosed with or being treated for a gambling disorder at the time of registration.
7up7 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age, identity, and source of funds at any point during your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in the temporary suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Players who have activated a self-exclusion period — whether for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanently — are not eligible to register a new account for the duration of that exclusion. Any account opened in violation of an active self-exclusion will be closed and any balances handled in accordance with our Responsible Gaming policy.
3. Account Registration
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 7up7 platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 7up7 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access in writing to our support team.
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before processing any withdrawal request. Accepted documents include a National ID Card, passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. Documents must be current and clearly legible.
Players are responsible for keeping their registered contact details up to date. 7up7 sends important account notifications, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts to the email address and mobile number on record. Outdated contact information may delay account recovery or important communications.
7up7 accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise convey your account, account balance, bonus credits, or loyalty points to any other person. Any such transfer, whether for consideration or otherwise, is void and constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
Note on KYC Timing: While basic account registration and deposit functions are available immediately upon sign-up, 7up7 recommends completing KYC verification early to avoid delays when you wish to make your first withdrawal. KYC review is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission during business hours (BST, UTC+6).
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 7up7 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7up7 supports a range of local and bank payment methods designed specifically for players across Bangladesh. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions.
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are supported for both deposits and withdrawals. Minimum deposit: ৳200. Transactions are typically instant for deposits and processed within 15–30 minutes for withdrawals after KYC approval.
Deposits and withdrawals via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are supported. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used most recently. Withdrawals are processed to the same account from which the original deposit was made to prevent money laundering.
Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account's cashier section. 7up7 reserves the right to request documentation for transactions exceeding defined thresholds.
7up7 does not charge processing fees on standard bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may incur fees imposed by the receiving institution; these are beyond 7up7's control and are the player's responsibility. Any fees charged by 7up7 itself will be clearly disclosed in the cashier section prior to confirmation of the transaction.
Deposits made using payment methods associated with third parties — i.e., accounts not registered in your own name — are strictly prohibited. If a deposit is received from a third-party source, 7up7 reserves the right to reverse the transaction, withhold any associated winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation.
Chargebacks and Disputes: If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must contact the 7up7 support team at [email protected] within 14 days of the transaction date. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or mobile banking provider without first contacting 7up7 constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
7up7 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, loyalty points, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), and the BPL cricket season. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked before a withdrawal can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
- Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are specified in the terms of each promotion.
- Time Limits: All bonus credits carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Unused bonus credits and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry.
- One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus offer may be active in your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously will result in only the first claimed bonus being honoured; subsequent bonus credits will be removed from the account.
- Minimum Deposit for Bonuses: Deposit-match bonuses require a qualifying deposit of at least ৳500 unless the specific promotion states a different minimum threshold.
- Bonus Abuse: 7up7 actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have associated bonus credits and winnings voided.
7up7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, but will apply to any subsequent claims.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on the 7up7 platform, you agree to use the service in good faith and in compliance with all applicable rules. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
Providing false personal information during registration or identity verification, impersonating another person, or registering using another person's identity documents is a serious offence and will result in immediate and permanent account closure with all balances forfeited.
Using software bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any technical exploit to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform — including exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds — is prohibited and any winnings derived from such activity will be voided.
Using the 7up7 platform — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — as a mechanism to launder money, conceal the origin of funds, or conduct any transaction that facilitates financial crime is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Colluding with other players to fix game or match outcomes, sharing information about ongoing hands or games in real time, or placing bets based on insider knowledge about sports events constitutes fraud. Such activity will result in permanent account suspension and possible legal action.
Additionally, players must not engage in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward 7up7 support staff or other platform users. 7up7 reserves the right to remove chat access or suspend accounts where a player's conduct is deemed disruptive, offensive, or harmful to the experience of others on the platform.
Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of 7up7 complies with all laws applicable to them in their personal jurisdiction. 7up7 makes no representation that access to the platform is lawful in all locations. It is your responsibility to verify this before registering an account.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
7up7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion where there is reasonable cause to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is ongoing. Circumstances that may trigger account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Opening multiple accounts in violation of the one-account-per-player rule.
- Suspected or confirmed bonus abuse, technical exploitation, or collusion.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
- A deposit or withdrawal transaction flagged by 7up7's fraud detection systems.
- A player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
- Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a residual balance.
Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, 7up7 will attempt to notify the registered player via the email address on record within a reasonable timeframe. During a suspension, access to the account, all pending withdrawals, and any active bonuses will be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation.
If an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of this Agreement, any balance remaining in the account will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Funds derived from legitimate deposits that are unconnected to the breach may be returned to the player via the most recently used deposit method, at 7up7's sole discretion. Balances associated with bonus abuse, fraud, or money laundering activity will be permanently forfeited.
Voluntary Account Closure: Players who wish to close their accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes before the account is closed. Remaining balances will be processed to the player's most recently used withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.
Dormant Account Policy: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months and carry a positive balance will be classified as dormant. 7up7 will send a notification to the registered email address prior to applying the dormancy policy. A monthly administration fee of ৳50 may be applied to dormant accounts after the 12-month threshold. Fees will not exceed the remaining account balance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7up7 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.
7up7's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7up7 makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, technical failures, or third-party service outages may temporarily affect platform availability. 7up7 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance but accepts no liability for losses resulting from platform unavailability.
All games on the 7up7 platform are games of chance. 7up7 does not guarantee any winnings, and by accepting these Terms & Conditions you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. Past results on any game are not indicative of future outcomes.
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes 7up7's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Governing Language: This Agreement is drafted in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between translated versions and the English original, the English text shall prevail in all cases.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the 7up7 platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 7up7 with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
